General Services

SERVICE DESK

The Residence Verona Class reception is the reference office for all our accomodation facilities.
It’s open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
There is always 24-hour assistance.
In any case, in almost all our facilities it is possible to enter independently at any time.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

All check-in takes place from 2 p.m.
(If the apartment is available before the standard time of 2 p.m., it is possible to enter earlier)
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

SELF CHECK-IN

In the case that the front desk is temporarily closed
or your arrival occurs after check-in time
(from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.), you will be provided by SMS or E-mail with information about Late Check-in and the entrance code to be used to access the Residence in total autonomy.

FEE-BASED SERVICES

  • Sweet and savoury Italian breakfast (served in the apartment) only at Residence Verona Class.
  • Self-service laundry.
  • Daily rooms cleaning and linen change (on request).

In addition to our services, just a few metres from Residence Verona Class, you will find everything you need.
